When placing an order, please include:

• your name
• your animal’s name
• your ship-to address if it is different than your billing address
• the supplement and/or medications you need by name
• if ordering supplements, the size package (many come in various quantities)
• if ordering supplements, the number of packages you want of each one
• if ordering medications, the quantity you want (ex: 30 tablets; or 60 capsules)

If you are ordering custom-compounded NBT powders:

• Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery
• Note that because these powders are formulated specifically for your pet, they are NON-refundable, regardless of situation. Additionally, they must be pre-paid, so payment will be processed at the time you place your order.
• Please indicate how many months of powder you want. You can choose from 1 month, 2 months or 3 months. If this is the first time you are ordering, we recommend that you only order one month so that you can make sure that your pet is able to tolerate it. It is very rare that a pet has an intolerance to the powder, but it is better to only purchase one month to start with until you are sure.
• Our systems are not capable of tracking food allergies, so with each powder order, please confirm for us that your pet does not have any food-related allergies. The NBT powders typically use a chicken base and alfalfa powder to carry the other ingredients and make them palatable. So these would be the main problems, but we need to know of any other food allergies of which you are aware. The NBT powders can be formulated without chicken and/or alfalfa, but it does require special processing and there is an extra fee.
